Insulated Products: |
Step 1:
Moulding:
The raw materials used in this process are: Polypropylene,
H.D.P.E., L.L.D.P.E., P.C., E.V.A., A.B.S., Polystyrene etc.
These raw materials are mixed with colour pigments or master
batches. The mixture is then loaded into injection or blow
moulding machines and various articles are formed using
appropriate moulds.
Step 2:
Product Decoration:
The moulded components are sent to the printing department,
where screen / pad printing of a designated design is carried
out as per customer requirements.
Step 3:
Pre-Assembly:
The various moulded components along with other bought-out
components like Steel Containers, Lids, Taps, etc. are
pre-assembled and forwarded to the insulation process.
Step 4:
Thermal Insulation:
In this department, Polyol and Iscocynate are injected into
the annular space of the pre-assembled components using high
pressure / low-pressure methods, which form In-Situ
Polyurethane foam. After this, the product is forwarded to the
packing department.
Step 5:
Packing:
The components that arrive from the insulated process are
cleaned, necessary small components are fitted, and branding
labels & instructions leaflets are attached. The product is
put into a polythene bag and forwarded to the primary packing
section. These primary packages are then put into wholesale
master cartons and dispatched to the finished product storage
department.
